Bing Webmaster Tools Releases New Updates

Early last month, we posted an article on this blog about the latest tweaks being made to Bing Webmaster Tools. Among the things we talked about were the improvements done to crawl error delay and user control management. This time around, Bing has announced developments being rolled out in a few main areas.

Tools Data Now Available in 30+ languages. International users can now have access to the information presented on Webmaster Tools in language formats other than English.

Beyond the .XML sitemap extension. In order to accommodate users who want to upload non-.XML sitemap types, Bing is now accepting those that come in TXT, Atom, and RSS formats. Creators are bent on adding more to the existing list which is definitely something to watch out for, particularly if you are into SEO.

More Navigation Options. Bing Webmaster Tools has now increased the functionality of its existing navigation system. This means that more pertinent options have been added to each tab to make it more convenient for users.
