Google: Hide sites from anywhere in the world
Have you ever tried searching for a specific keyword and end up frustrated? There was one time when I was trying to look for some important information on the Web. And when I tried to use Google search the result kept on returning to an irritating site. It was quiet annoying because when I tried clicking on the link I was brought to a page with offensive content instead of finding the relevant information I need. I tried using a different keyword combination but, again, it frustrates me because I was still getting redirected to that bogus site.
Fortunately, I have discovered that Google has launched their new update regarding blocking sites, “Hide sites from anywhere in the world” by using its own dashboard. The instructions are really simple and you can manage your list of blocked sites right away. In the Search Settings portion, you’ll see that you can actually block and unblock a site and the reason why you did so.
Without even thinking twice, I tried to use the new update and followed the instructions mentioned. It solved my problem and I finally got to the information I needed.
Now, if you happen to experience the same thing as what I’ve been through, simply follow the steps below.
