New Ways to View Webmaster Tools Messages
More good news from Google as there’s a new feature in Webmaster Tool where you can view Messages. It’s just like the Message Center on the homepage except that it’ll show only messages for the selected site giving you an option to choose on how you want to view your messages either for all your sites or for just one site at a time.
Alerts, formerly known as “SiteNotice messages”, will now be more prominent in the Message Center telling significant changes related to the site which may indicate serious problems. Messages with alerts are marked with an icon making them distinguishable from other messages. Every site’s Dashboard displays notification if there’s unread alert which leads to the new site Message Center.
