you can use 70 characters and first use you keyword in your title that are more important and after that use another keyword if you want to.

No I dnt think there is any kind of character limit in the title of the website for xml sitemap. I have seen very long titles of the sites and google have crawled them.

actually you can use 70 characters without it being cut off

place your main keyword at the front followed by a secondary. Also make it read
well and keep it unique

there is
not really a limit however if you restrict it to 67 characters you will find that it will fit in without being cut
off with … also, don’t over stuff it with too many keywords/words

I was just wondering if there's any character limit on the page titles? I have
noticed in Google that there are some page titles on some websites that has
been cut and ends with dots (….) while some has complete page titles?
