Previously we were totally reliant on our Google pay-per-click campaign with regard to our online marketing, so we decided the next step was to invest in an SEO program. Having thoroughly researched the leading companies in this field I am delighted we chose Smart-Traffic Ltd to assist us in what can be a very 'hit and miss' industry. - How did you find they supported your requests and understood your requirements?
We found Smart Traffic to be more informative than had hoped. We had been looking for a company to help increase our company's exposure on the internet but didn't know where to find such a company and had no idea how, without spending thousands of pounds on Google Adwords, to get to page one from no where. We wanted a company that spoke our language and was friendly and approachable. Smart Traffic took their time in explaining what they were doing so that we could understand fully.
- Did their work make a significant increase in traffic and genuine enquiry rates?
I can’t stress enough the shear volume of traffic we are now getting to our site. We're not only getting visits to our site but sales are increasing and company awareness. In three months they moved us from no where (page 23 on Google) to 3rd or 4th positions on page one.
- How soon after they started your work did you find revenue increasing significantly?
We plotted the growth in visitors and sales from October 2006 when they started their work. Month on month we have seen an increase in both fields. This is an increase on last year we are now 200% ahead of our website sales. It's very exciting.
- Did you find it a cost effective exercise overall and would you use them again?
Initially we thought the rates were high and had to dig deep to find the funds let alone justify them. We have been 'had' many times with our website and spent alot of money trying to increase sales through it.
